They see Advocates as persons who help Accused to go scot free. The mental condition of these Police Officers is groomed so and they wont spare any occassion to harass an Advocate. This tendency of Police Officers provoke the Advocate Community to take such decisions even though it is not lawful as well as violative of basic rights of a person. The decision of the Bar Association is not worthy to be supported. But the root cause of such unlawful decisions also need to be recognised. There are umpteen cases involving Police harassment against Advocates who do service to their clients. The mental condition of Police persons need to be reviewed and the unwanted enmity in their minds against Advocates as a Community should be removed. Naturally it will tend to restrain Bar Associations from taking such unlawful decisions! I am making a point and it may not be seen as defending the unlawfulness of the decision of the Bar Association.BORIS PAULhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02292074823856820187noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1048724368511170912.post-6279445728328855112010-05-24T16:41:01.501+05:302010-05-24T16:41:01.501+05:30This comment has been removed by the author.BORIS PAULhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02292074823856820187noreply@blogger.com
